Jim Gregoire, having completed his 15-part cross-country walk in October, has embarked on the longest hike of his life: 450 miles in 28 days. In the second half of September, the Class embarked on its second European mini-reunion, this time focused primarily on the Rhine Valley, and including trips to many other areas of cultural interest as well as a "prequel" in Berlin and a "sequel" at the Munich Oktoberfest. On October 19, 2013, a brave group of classmates overcame the fear of a lingering Government shut-down and joined classmate Jim Kuzmick for a tour of the fascinating Udvar Hazy National Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, VA, followed by dinner at Jim's house.
