Saturday, October 25 is Princeton’s homecoming game against Harvard. Kickoff is at noon. I hope that many of you will be able to go back and cheer on the Tigers.
We will be having a short class meeting beforehand at 9:30 in 224 Frick (same place as last year), during which we will review plans for the next year.
The university is hosting brunch before the game at the Fine Courtyard starting at 10AM. This is a great place to meet not only with other classmates, but also others in the alumni community. While it is unusually early because of game time, both the food and the spirit are great. There is a no charge for the event and beer and soft drinks are included! You should register online for the brunch through the U’s web site, but I have it on good authority you won’t be turned away if you just show up. (Note: the registration link is buried in the text, so look carefully!)
The game kicks off at Princeton Stadium at 12 Noon. Go Tigers!
This year, Joan and I are inviting you all to a buffet dinner, beer and wine with us at our house at 28 North Main Street in historic Cranbury, about 15 minutes from campus and convenient to the Jersey Turnpike. We will gather at about 5 PM and dinner will start about 6. The cost will be $50 per person. We will have a vegan entree. We hosted a similar event at Alumni Day in February, and it was great fun for all – especially us! Please register for the dinner using the form below. Given the size of the house, we may have to limit the number of attendees to about 30.
