Class of 1969 43rd Reunion, May 31-June 3, 2012
Last year's 42nd Reunion was fantastic! This year's promises to be even better. As we said after Reunions: "Four beautiful days! Almost perfect weather, a great turnout, great conversation and fun. Why be anywhere else?"
This
year our off-year Reunion will be hosted by the Class of 1967 in Holder Courtyard, where we will most likely celebrate our 45th, only two years hence. More to come on the Class of '67 activities and entertainment. We expect to have the following Class of 1969
activities:
NEW!! A Class Barbecue with the Classes of '68 and '70 on Friday evening, June 1, 5:30 p.m. in Hamilton Courtyard. You can access Hamilton Courtyard by walking straight through Holder Courtyard to the smaller courtyard adjacent to Holder. This will be an opportunity to see not only your Classmates, but also your club mates, team mates dorm mates and other friends from those Classes. Cost per person: $25.
Pre-P-rade Hoagie Lunch at 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 2, in the Class of 1969 Memorial Garden at Murray-Dodge. This will be an opportunity for more conversation with our Classmates just prior to the one and only P-rade at 2:00 p.m. Cost: free.
Class of 1969 Meeting and Dinner on Saturday, June 2 in the Class of 1956 Lounge at Princeton Stadium. Cocktails begin at 6:00 p.m, Dinner at 7:15 p.m. The Class Dinner will be followed by a brief Class Meeting. We will then be entertained by The Princeton Roaring 20 co-ed a cappella group, whose President is Christina Bott, daughter of Dick Bott '69. Afterwards. we adjourn to our viewing location in the Stadium, where we have possibly the best vantage point for seeing the annual Reunions Fireworks. The Class of 1956 Lounge is accessed by using the elevator located at Sections 9-10 on the west side of Princeton Stadium. Cost per person: $60 before May 7, $70 thereafter.
We will join the Class of
1967 for their entertainment program, music and dancing, at the 45th
Reunion Headquarters in Holder Courtyard on Friday evening after our barbecue,
and after the fireworks on Saturday. We
will of course be able to participate in all other Reunions activities,
including Alumni-Faculty Forums and meetings of various Alumni groups.
REGISTRATION BEGINS SOON!
Except for the charges on our Registration Form, there is no charge to attend Reunions for Classmates and their immediate families. There may be a charge of $50 for additional adult guests payable to the Class of 1967. Those who have attended off-year Reunions have always had a lot of fun. This year would be a good time to join them. If this is your first time in a long time, we will be especially glad to see you.
