Attention, Erdman applicants:

As of 4:00PM Eastern time on November 2, the only available rooms at the Erdman Center are 2 pairs of A-rooms and 16 individual B-rooms (descriptions below).

If you choose any other room type, you will be placed on a waiting-list, in case of a cancellation.

If you are interested in an A- or B-room, REGISTER NOW; you should still be able to obtain one.

Erdman room descriptions:

A.   Single room (7 pairs) each pair sharing one bathroom.  $478.80 per room for the weekend.  Please note in the text box if you need two adjoining rooms.

B.   Single room with a private bathroom.  $547.20 for the weekend.  Please note in the text box if you need two adjoining rooms.

C.   Full-sized bed room with a TV and a private bath.  $649.80 for the weekend

D.   Suite with a full-sized bed, private bath, and a separate sitting area with a pull-out bed.  $718.20 for the weekend

E.    Family suite with a full-sized bed, private bath, and a twin bed in a separate sitting area.  $752.40 for the weekend

F.    Room  with queen bed, sitting area with couch, private bath, TV, refrigerator, and coffee maker.   $820.80 for the weekend

G.    Room with a king bed, private bath, separate room with a pull-out bed.  $889.20 for the weekend.

Payment Due no later than November 30, 2023!
